Nin 10 Dogs is an intense and multi-layered, hitting the nose immediately with a complex blend of tropical and stone fruits. Initial notes of juicy pineapple and ripe pear from El Dorado, blend seamlessly with a rush of orange zest and tangerine from the Amarillo. Underlying complexity emerges with hints of fresh mango, blueberry, and a subtle dank/earthy tea-like note from Idaho 7 and Mosaic, ensuring the profile is fruity without being simplistic. Minimal malt aroma is present.
Soft and juicy with restrained bitterness. Tropical fruit dominates (pineapple, stone fruit), quickly followed by a clean citrus punch that brightens the mid-palate. The body of the beer is balanced by the malt profile: the Oats and Wheat provide a low, neutral bready foundation, while a hint of honey or light caramel sweetness from the Caramalt.
