The name, Grey Trees, comes from the english translation of the village where the brewery was born, Llwydcoed. Llwydcoed is a beautiful village in Aberdare, South Wales.  Multi-award winning Grey Trees have enjoyed great success both in Wales and nationally and won the 2017 Champion Beer of Wales with Afghan.
