With seaweed we forage from our local Welsh coastline, Cwrwgl is named after the traditional Welsh fishing vessel, the coracle. Cwrw also happens to be the Welsh word for beer. Yes, we are hilarious.
How to drink it
The temperature of your favourite armchair.
Pair it with
A salty little cracker with your best cheese will bring out the iodine tang; fish and chips; seafood; or a fresh salmon poké bowl if you have a holiday home in the Cotswolds.
Though we gather and wash the seaweed ourselves, we can’t guarantee that micro fragments of crustacean shell get in the mix – but no animal products are added to this beer.
